After two years of dating, music superstar Taylor Swift announced her engagement to 3-time Super Bowl winner Travis Kelce.

Captioned with an affectionate nod to their respective fan bases, the post read, “Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married.” The announcement also featured the song “So High School”, a track believed by fans to be a romantic ode to Kelce.
One image contained in the post was a close-up shot of the ring itself, which appears to be an 8-carat Old Mine Brilliant Cut Diamond on a delicate gold band. The ring was custom designed by Kelce with the help of the company Kindred Lubeck of Artifex Fine Jewelry.
