Terrace gets new operator

Announced on June 9, the Wilfrid Laurier University Student’s Union (WLUSU) has made a contractual arrangement to hand over the operation of the Terrace Food Court to ARAMARK Canada Ltd. — which is already involved in the management of the Dining Hall —, effective immediately.

With this change, students will be greeted this September with the new additions of Subway, which will replace Mr. Sub, and Spring Rolls GO.

WLUSU has announced that students who were employed by food services in the Terrace will not lose their jobs and will be able to continue work in September. As well, they have also announced additional jobs will be available with this transition.

The Terrace was closed on April 21 for the summer months and will re-open in September after brief construction.
