Events & Programming Head 

The Events & Programming Head is required to exhibit strong knowledge in their field. They should be comfortable with planning and executing community events and establishing community partnerships.  

• Plan and execute one event per month to promote The Cord. 
• Work with other WLUSP departments (Radio Laurier, Community Edition) to partner on an event with each over the 2024-25 year.  
• Work with the EIC to plan any department socials over the course of the 2024-25 year. 
• Work with the Social Media manager to advertise events. 
• Host a booth in the concourse once a month to promote The Cord.
