WLUSU board meeting update: Jan. 8, 2010

On Friday the Wilfrid Laurier University Students’ Union board of directors met for the first time in 2010. Among other things they passed three monitoring reports – including one that had been re-submitted – from WLUSU president Laura Sheridan.

Throughout the hour and a half meeting there was little discussion or points of contention.

The board unanimously approved the resignation letter that was submitted by director Justin Glover, making his decision to leave the board (which he announced on Tuesday) official.

The board also elected directors Andrew Fryer and Laura Allen to the elections appeals committee and directors Greg Evans, Kayla Smith and Kyle Hocking to a governance review committee.
