Waterloo man victim of hit and run

31-year-old Jason Pearson was victim of a hit and run accident Sunday night in Grand Bend.

Jason moved to Waterloo around 1998 and attended Wilfrid Laurier University.

He was currently working at Manulife, and was in Grand Bend for a volleyball tournament.

Another woman was killed in the accident.

Police are looking for a vehicle of interest that is believed to have passed by the scene. It is a dark, possibly black, extended cab pickup truck. It was last seen pulling a large enclosed trailer, possibly silver, with dual wheels and heading northbound on Grand Bend Line.
