Assist Other Police Service; Date: June 14 @ 1:10 a.m.; Location: King Street South
An officer provided assistance to a regional police officer who had stopped a suspected impaired driver.

Disturbance; Date: June 14 @ 4:55 a.m.; Location: 232 King Street
Officers on patrol observed a group of males fighting in the front parking lot. The Laurier cruiser pulled up to the incident and the group quickly dispersed and left the area.

Suspicious Person; Date: June 14 @ 10:27 a.m.; Location: 81 Lodge
An officer on bike patrol observed a male checking out PP&P vehicles in the parking lot. As the officer approached, the male left the area in a vehicle that was parked at the neighbouring car wash. The subject’s vehicle and its registered owner were queried on CPIC.

The fire alarm was activated by a faulty heat sensor. Firemen were called in.

An officer attended after construction workers accidently activated a security alarm.

Noise Complaint; Date: June 16 @ 2:17 a.m.; Location: Bricker Residence
Officers spoke with a group of intoxicated guests who had received a complaint from other guests who were trying to sleep. The group was polite and agreed to keep the peace.

Property Damage; Date: June 16 @ 8:34 a.m.; Location: John Aird Centre
Officers were notified that an unknown person had discharged a Gateman Milloy fire extinguisher in the Dining Hall stairwell overnight.

Property Damage; Date: June 16 @ 12:00 p.m.; Location: Brantford
It was discovered that a group who had rented space in one of the residence buildings had caused $750 worth of damage. The group was billed for the cost of repairs.

Noise Complaint; Date: June 17 @ 3:41 a.m.; Location: Bricker Residence
Officers spoke with a group of intoxicated guests who had received a complaint from other guests who were trying to sleep. The group turned off their music on request and agreed to remain in their room for the night.

Property Damage; Date: June 12 @ 11:37 p.m.; Location: Parking Kiosk
An officer created an investigation after discovering someone had smashed an egg on the kiosk.

Intoxicated Person; Date: June 18 @ 1:48 a.m.; Location: King Street Residence
Officers on patrol found an intoxicated male sleeping in the parking garage stairwell. A taxi was called and the male was sent home.

A male subject was issued a PON after being found urinating on the emergency pole behind the King Street Residence.

Unwanted Person; Date: June 17 @ 10:10 p.m.; Location: John Aird Centre
An officer discovered, while reviewing video surveillance, that a person with a transient appearance had slept in the building over night. His pictures were forwarded to the regional police.

Alarm; Date: June 19 @ 3:47 a.m.; Location: Brantford
The on-call officer attended along with the fire department after receiving a fire alarm. The building was checked and found to be normal. It is unknown what caused the alarm.

Suspicious Vehicle; Date: June 19 @ 12:47 a.m.; Location: Lot 3A
A female student was approached by two males in a black Cadillac who claimed they had stereo equipment to sell. The campus was checked, but the suspect vehicle was not located.

Alarm; Date: June 19 @ 7:32 p.m; Location: St Michaels Campus
Officers attended after the security alarm was activated. It was found that the alarm had been activated by a graduate student who had not known that the building would be armed.
