Injured/Sick Person; Location: Residence; Reported: Jan. 11 @ 11:19 p.m.
A male Laurier student was complaining about shortness of breath. Emergency Response and an officer attended. Subject was taken to Grand River Hospital by Ambulance for observation.

A female Laurier student from a residence was complaining about stomach cramps. Emergency Response and a Special Constable attended. The individual was transported to Grand River Hospital for observation.

A female Laurier student was suffering a panic attack. Emergency Response was able to control the situation. No further action was required.

A male Laurier student was complaining he had a sore throat and required medical attention. The Emergency Response Team attended all was in order. The male will attend Health Services in the morning.

Drugs; Location: Library; Reported: Jan. 12 @ 7:07 a.m.
A Laurier custodial staff member reported finding drug paraphernalia on the fourth floor of the Library.

Graffiti; Location: Library; Reported: Jan. 12 @ 7:48 a.m.
While on patrol of the Library the officer was informed of graffiti in the third floor washroom.

Theft Under $5000; Location: Nichols Campus Centre; Reported: Jan. 12 @ 8:15 a.m.
A male Laurier student reported his jacket was stolen in the early morning of Jan. 8, 2010 while attending the Turret in the Nichols Campus Centre. He later returned to the Special Constable office to report he found his jacket.

Unauthorized Soliciting; Location: Nichols Campus Centre; Reported: Jan. 12 @ 8:40 a.m.
A non-university male was verbally trespassed for unauthorized soliciting in the Nichols Quad area and was directed to leave the campus.

Injured/Sick Person; Location: Willison Field; Reported: Jan. 12 @ 4:31 p.m.
A female Laurier student was on Willison field when she was accidentally kicked in the face. Emergency Response and a Special Constable attended. The individual was escorted to Health Services.

Theft Under $5000; Location: Nichols Campus Centre; Reported: Jan. 13 @ 1:13 a.m.
A female Laurier student reported her cell phone was stolen while working at the Centre Spot in the Nichols Campus Centre.

Intoxicated Person; Location: Nichols Campus Centre; Reported: Jan. 13 @ 2:00 a.m.
A male Laurier student was escorted to his home by friends after vomiting in the Hall of Memories inside the Nichols Campus Centre.

Theft Under $5000; Location: King St Residence; Reported: Jan. 14 @ 12:33 a.m.
A male Laurier student had his vehicle broken into and some items taken.

Alarm; Location: Nichols Campus Centre; Reported: Jan. 14 @ 3:47 a.m.
A motion alarm in the Nichols Campus Centre Terrace was activated. A check of the area found one of the doors open. There was no one inside. The area was secured and the alarm was reset.

Intoxicated Perso; Location: Residence; Reported: Jan. 14 @ 4:37 a.m.
A female Laurier student was observed kicking the front doors of a residence by regional bylaw officers. Special Constables attended, identified the female as a resident of the building and escorted her to her residence room where she was left in the care of a sober roommate.

Theft Under $5000; Location: Library; Reported: Jan. 14 @ 10:30 a.m.
An employee had their wallet stolen from under their desk. There are no suspects at the present time.

Intoxicated Person; Location: Residence; Reported: Jan. 15 @ 3:08 a.m.
A male non student was found intoxicated and transported by EMS to hospital for treatment.

Alarm; Location: 152 Albert St.; Reported: Jan. 15 @ 9:59 a.m.
A security alarm was activated by a contractor working in the building who did not have an access code to disarm.

Domestic Dispute; Location: Parking Lot #10; Reported: Jan. 15 @ 11:23 p.m.
Special Constables observed a male and a female Laurier student engaged in a dispute. Both parties were spoken to by Constables and the female was transported to her residence.

Alarm; Location: Residence; Reported: Jan. 16 @ 12:12 a.m.
A pull station was activated on the 7th floor of the residence. The cause was determined to be a false activation and the building was cleared for the return of residents. There are no suspects.

A pull station was activated on the 7th floor of the residence. The cause was determined to be a false activation and the building was cleared for the return of residents. A male Laurier student and resident of the building, was arrested by Constables and has been charged criminally, for creating a false fire alarm.

Property Damage; Location: Residence; Reported: Jan. 16 @ 1:20 p.m.
A window was broken when a resident accidentally slipped and fell against it. Arrangements were made to have the window repaired.

Property Damage; Location: 200 King St. Residence (Parking Garage); Reported: Jan. 16 @ 1:06 p.m.
While conducting patrol, Constables observed a damaged electrical pipe that had been pulled off a wall. Arrangements have been made for repairs. There are no suspects.

Injured/Sick Person; Location: FNCC; Reported: Jan. 16 @ 2:00 p.m.
A male Laurier student complained of sore ribs caused by a fall while participating in winter carnival activities on Alumni field. ERT treated the male’s injury with ice. No further action was necessary.

A female Laurier student complained of a sore foot as a result of hitting her foot while walking in the dark the previous night. ERT treated her injury and no further action was required.

Injured/Sick Person; Location: Dining Hall; Reported: Jan. 16 @ 2:37 p.m.
A male Laurier student sought medical attention for a cut finger. The injury occurred at an off campus employer the previous evening. ERT treated the male for his injuries and further medical treatment was recommended.
