In light of the recent snowfall, Waterloo City Services (WCS) has issued an overnight parking ban for January 13 between 2:30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
WCS is also asking residents to keep main streets and bus routes clear for crews who will be clearing snow several times throughout the day and this evening.
If your car is on the road during tonight’s parking ban, it may be towed by the city.
“[Towing cars] isn’t something we want to have to do, but we do have the authority to do so if necessary,” said Director, Transportation Phil Hewitson.
