Service Laurier to see improvements
Last month, Service Laurier sent out a survey to Wilfrid Laurier University students on both the Waterloo and Brantford campuses in order to analyze their satisfaction levels while using the resources provided to them.
The students who had received the survey commented on their experiences between July 2012 and December 2012. 67 per cent of their responses saying that Service Laurier had exceeded their exceptions.
From the survey, Service Laurier also received feedback on further improvements that could be made in order to better help students.
Some of the improvements that are set to be made in the future include: improving the web-presence of Service Laurier so students can find what they need from home rather than physically going into the office.
